The Story
The Eliminator package turned the plush Cougar into a genuine performance car: front spoiler, rear wing, side stripes and a choice of serious engines. This one has the 428 Cobra Jet, factory rated at 335bhp in the traditional spirit of Ford underestimating things by a hundred horsepower. Competition Orange over black, with the hidden headlamp doors working properly, sequential indicators sweeping as they should, and a rebuilt CJ that pulls hard from anywhere.
